Over a period of approximately two years, contractor liability payments (AGH) were not credited by the tax office unnoticed, even though they had been properly remitted.
SOLUTION

As a sole trader, Mr. Mehanić achieved strong business results, but the high profits threatened significant income tax and social security back payments. The profit generated would therefore have been reduced by half.
SOLUTION
B Steuerberatung recommended early on a strategic reorganisation into a limited liability company. The new GmbH was founded and the profits from the final nine months of the sole proprietorship were allocated to the GmbH for tax purposes.
